Heavy Out-Going Clean

Internal

Spotless Finish will perform an Internal Heavy Clean in accordance with the specification set out below.

a) All walls, wall tiles, including splashbacks, doors, kitchen bench tops, internal and external surfaces of cupboards and drawers, robes and vanities washed/thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains. Tiles cleaned to a dry surface with no streaks.

b) All architraves, skirting, windows and tracks, doorframes and furnishings wiped with a damp cloth/cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.

c) External and internal surfaces of all windows and/or door glass cleaned and polished to a streak free finish.

d) Shower glass cleaned and polished to a dry streak free surface with all calcium, soap and other deposits removed.

e) Baths, basins, taps and spouts, pedestal pans, cisterns, shower stalls, soap dishes and laundry cabinets and tubs cleaned to a dry streak free finish – all grime, marks and stains removed.

f) Mirrors and all glazing frames cleaned and polished to a dry streak free surface.

g) All non carpeted floors mopped/thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.

h) Internal and external surfaces of light fittings wiped down, insects removed from light fittings, power points and other fittings and fixtures, as described in “General Information for Cleaning”, thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.

i) All mildew/mould treated and removed by the method specified in “Treatment of Mildew/mould” unless it adversely affects any surface to which it’s applied.

j) Internal and external surfaces of ovens, cook tops, dishwashers, heaters, fireplaces and external flue surfaces thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.

k) Air-conditioners including filters, exhaust fans, ceiling fans thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.

l) Minor rubbish not exceeding one 25-litre garbage bag in volume removed.

m) Unattached buildings (garages, carports, sheds) cleaned including sweeping of floors, removing cobwebs, dust, light fittings, switches, power points and glass.

External

a) All external surfaces including but not limited to walls, eaves/soffits, doors, porches, patios, pergolas, garage or carport floors, concrete floors and driveways, paving, pool surrounds, glazing frames and sills cleaned to remove heavy grime, dirt and dust including mould and mildew.

b) All external walls and sills washed to remove all dust and debris.

c) All windows and doorframes thoroughly cleaned to remove heavy grime and marks.

d) External surfaces of gutters and downpipes cleaned to remove dirt, debris (such as cobwebs) and mould/mildew.

e) Rubbish not exceeding two 25-litre garbage bags in volume removed.
